ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
METHODS OF SUBMISSION OF SCIENTIFIC WORKS
At the Agorà 2026 Congress it will be possible to present your work in the following ways:
- Oral Communication
The only permitted method for submitting scientific papers is the online procedure; no
abstracts sent by email or any other means of communication will be accepted.

DATA REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE ABSTRACT FORM

Papers for which the presenting author is not indicated by the submission deadline (June 15, 2026) will not be accepted.

Abstract: title (ITA+ENG), abstract (ITA+ENG), active ingredient and/or equipment used in the work, commercial name of the active ingredient and/or equipment, anatomical area, treatment or technology, therapeutic purpose, category of membership (coordinated session, specialist day, free abstract);
The submitted abstract must follow the following structure: 1) Objectives 2) Materials and Methods 3) Results 4) Conclusions. Narrative abstracts, abstracts lacking this structure, or those limited to a simple description of personal experience will not be accepted.
Please check carefully that there are no typos and/or grammatical errors. The abstract will be published in the Abstract Book as submitted.

CHECK ABSTRACT STATUS
At the end of the submission process, you will receive a confirmation email with a numeric PIN code. By entering this PIN code together with your last name on the abstract submission form, you will be able to check the progress of the abstract submitted.
ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE and PRESENTING AUTHOR REGISTRATION
Acceptance of the abstract will take place within 1 month of receipt of the work and in any case by July 7, 2026.
Following acceptance of the abstract by the Scientific Committee, the Presenting Author must complete the registration to the conference, by paying the registration fee, independently or through a sponsor company, by July 20, 2026. The payment of the registration fee directly or through a sponsor is a necessary condition for collecting the conference badge and submitting the report.
REGISTRATION FEES FOR SPEAKERS AND CO-AUTHORS
The registration fee for the Presenting Author is €375.00 including VAT.
The Presenting Author will be entitled to a full conference badge, which will allow him to:

Free access to the conference rooms for the 3 days of the conference;

Collect your conference kit;

Take advantage of restaurant tickets;

Receive a certificate of participation as a speaker.
Any co-Authors, who participated in the drafting of the scientific work, must be indicated by filling in all the required data and, upon registration, will have the right to access the conference venue with a formula reserved for them at the fee of € 505.00 VAT included, for the 3 days of the conference.
